Alloc8 was designed and developed to solve a problem for Australia’s largest enterprise-level traffic management business, Altus.
Altus’ founder, David Lundberg, identified the need for a SaaS solution that could intelligently streamline complex mobile workforce management processes across all aspects of his business. Not only did it need to enhance project efficiencies and effectiveness, but it also needed to operate in real-time and within an increasingly complex legislative context and regulatory environment. It also had to protect the bottom line and drive profitability. During the development process, the product’s wider application became obvious, along with the market gaps, global expansion opportunities, and the prospect of improving processes across all industries with complex management needs.
